Gary King

I originally studied as a professional Chef, and then worked as a Chef both in London and for two leading London football clubs as their 1st team Steward / Chef, before moving into hospitality recruitment in 1987.

I spent 3 years with Blue Arrow, then almost a year with Keith Mayoh & Associates, a leading hospitality Search & Selection Consultancy, before joining Reed Recruitment, where I spent 9 years, working my way up to London Operations Manager for their Hospitality Recruitment division.

I left Reed to set up Collins King & Associates in July 1999. We are now one of the most established niche hospitality recruitment companies in our sector.
