Why Is Sri Lankan Food Booming?

Joe McDonnell had never tried Sri Lankan cuisine before visiting the country. After following an incredible smell into a hotel kitchen, he was invited to try the breakfast being cooked for the team.

For the next five days, he chose the staff meal over the hotel buffet. One dish was so good that he says he almost cried.

Joe called it the best meal he had ever eaten.
