With almost 20 years of experience in corporate roles specialising in training, facilitation and people development, Tracey brings a strong learning and workplace culture perspective to the conversations she hosts.

She is the founder of Essence of Cake and Essence of Teams, where her work spans entrepreneurship, team development and practical approaches to building stronger working relationships. Her focus includes trust, communication, clarity, accountability and creating environments where people can perform well together.
