Joe McDonnell MIH is a hospitality operations leader and co-host of Talking Hospitality.

With experience across multi-site hospitality, visitor attractions and operational leadership, Joe brings a practical operator’s perspective to conversations about how hospitality businesses actually work day to day.

His interests span customer experience, people, technology, commercial performance and the changing expectations placed on hospitality leaders. He has a particular interest in how AI and automation are reshaping operations, and where human service continues to create value.
